This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Scorpian Prince" on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 Rock monster on yout side of the field and select one monster on your opponent's side of the field. It is changed to face-up attack position and it's ATK is decreased to 0. If you use this effect, than no trap cards can be activated this turn and this card cannot attack your next turn.
