Alright, my first card.

 

It was sort of tricky to find a correct wording for this. I looked at cards like Harpie Lady 1, 2, and 3. I noticed that you couldn't have 3 copies of each of them in a deck due to the wording. So, I added "During a duel" to have the effect only occur during a duel and not during deck building.

 

Would that wording work?

I used a similar wording to http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Harpie_Lady_1.

 

The effect basically allows it to be affected by any cards that gives a specific name. So stuff like Emblem of Dragon Destroyer can search for E-Hero Origin instead of Buster Blader and ect.

Way OP'ed b/c you can fuse this with any monster to summon anything from you extra deck. Or you could have 3 copies in an exodia deck as extra pieces. Equip cards that only equip to certain monsters can equip to this card. It's a nice idea but you should put some restrictions on it or something.

Maybe something similar to this:

 

While this card is on the field, or in your hand, or in the Graveyard, its name is treated as that of all other monsters. You must pay 1000 Life Points for this card to be released from the hand or field for a Special Summon. This card can not be used for a Fusion Summon.

The effect just goes for the name, not the effects, level, ect.

i dont get the effect? is its name treated as every single cards name? that way if you had three, you could use them as exodia peices? or fusion it easily etc. its slightly overpowered, it should cost and maybe be only for certain cards, like elemental heroes ;)

 

cos the effect applies for Spells and traps aswell :/

But still, think about it. It doesn't need their effects. I could fuse that monster with "Black Luster Solder" and bring out "Dragon Master Knight". I could sacrifice it to bring out "Dark Eradicator Warlock. I could fuse it w/ "Elemental Hero Sparkman" and bring out Shining Flare Wingman." I could have 3 of them in my hand along with "Exodia the Forbidden One" and "Right Arm of the Forbidden One" and BOOM! I win! It's OP'ed. But just 1 or 2 restrictions could make this card balanced and still very powerful.
