Big whoop a level 6 Summoned Skull already takes out a Red-Eyes. 2450 for a level 5 is not that big of a deal.

The biggest issue with the card is that it adds nothing to the E.Hero archetype. Give me one good reason to add this to a E.Hero deck. A 1 Tribute 2450 vanilla monster is not enticing enough since a) he can't fuse for anything except for Elemental Hero Gaia or Elemental Hero Absolute Zero and b) he requires one Tribute.

Quite frankly I don't like seeing people create brand new Elemental Heroes, or Evil Heroes. The majority of the time they don't add anything new to the archetype and they don't intice me to even consider using them in a dedicated E.Hero deck. If you are going to make a E.Hero monster make sure it has synergy with the current established cards. That way it does seem like an actual boost to the theme rather than a one off situation. Creating a fusion with the existing monsters that don't have a fusion card yet would even be better.

A. you do not need to summon him to fuse him, you can fuse from the hand

B. there are 14+ E-Hero Fusion monsters

Ugh...You think I don't know how fusion summoning works? I ran a dedicated E-Hero deck for the longest time so I know how they work.

The original normal monster you posted had nothing going for it because it didn't work with the current synergies of the E-Hero archetype. A 2450 level 6 Earth Normal E-Hero doesn't add anything at all when I can easily go for Bladeedge who can fuse for 3 monsters.

So what if there are 15+ fusion monsters right now. Despite the extra deck being 15 cards there are several e-hero fusion monsters (excluding neos fusions) are not worth using. I'd appreciate a fusion between bubbleman+wildman over this card. Anything that bolsters the E-Hero's arsenal would be more effective then adding a new monster.

With this effect, your E-Hero is more usable but I would pass on using it because of the fact it is a 1 Tribute monster, which slows me down considerably. If it's going to be a 1 Tribute monster then at least make it worth using besides raw ATK, which is substandard in todays metagame. The substitute effect is not original and is less effective when it's only good for E-Heroes. Yes, you are making it E-Hero specific but I could easily substitute in 2-3 king of the swamps, which is infinitely more better than this card because it lets me tutor for polymerization or act as a substitute material for any fusion summon. King of the Swamp has more synergy because I could ditch for poly then fuse for an e-hero then miracle fusion the now discarded king of the swamp into another fusion summon.
