Computerwhiz. Xevil's is a bit OP'ed but Whiz'z has barely any mistakes.

Both cards have wording/ocg errors, good pics and equally good effects.

 

Xevil's isn't overpowered... in a good synchro Deck you would have much better options then this. The card doesn't destroy the Spells and Traps until the end phase, which gives your opponent the advantage rather then you (no traps left for you). Also, 2000 ATK isn't that much, it wouldn't help you too much and your opponent should be able to destroy it at his turn anyways. But if he does survive then you have to pay 1000 life points either way. Oh, and most people wouldn't discard their precious Spells to destroy 1 other on the field except in certain situations. <-- and nothing really situational can be considered good by today's standards anyway.

 

So in short, I vote Xevilclown. It shouldn't be 7-0 for computerwhiz with cards as equal as these.
