iKiller
Hello everyone! Here is a new card I call "Rainbow Toon Dragon". It's a Toon support card, but requires "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" to Summon it. [spoiler=Card Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You must also Tribute 1 face-up "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" from your side of the field. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your Graveyard. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. Once per turn, you can remove 1 "Toon" monster in your Graveyard from play. This card gains ATK equal to the number of "Toon" monsters in your Graveyard removed from play x1000. There is my card! I made the image, holo, name holo, "/ Effect]" remove, etcetera. It's mine! ~Killer~
Wyhe
interesting, but toons don't really need their original counterparts to be summoned unless you are doing something new here...7.42/
iKiller
The contest I entered had to have the card related to Rainbow Dragon. Voila.
Bengal
Good card, I like the picture, the OCG/grammar is great, and the effect is interesting and creative. 8.5/
iKiller
Thanks alot ;)If you're rating 8.5/10 and you think it's great, what can I do to perfect it, and make it 10/10?
Bengal
Well I don't rate 10/10 alot anyway, but it just doesn't have that "Wow" factor that would get a 10/10. For example the name holo could be better, and it has the standard Toon Monster effect for the most part. I would say it is fine now, but I like that you want the 10, it shows you put effort into your cards.
Professor Cobra
I'd keep the level the same- 10, okay pic and effect. 7/

:^)
I only see a minor problem, and that's how the ] is placed after toon :D Other then that! 9.2/
Lemniscate
This combines two totally different card sets. it requires both Crystal Beasts (at least 7) and "Toon World". It is pretty good, but all Toons are generally situational. The Crystal Beasts are strong, but this card is almost a step down from "Rainbow Dragon" or Rainbow Dark Dragon". It would never see play in real life. It also can become overpowered, depending on how late in the game it is. I like the picture, you should make more; but overall, the card is bad. Nice OCG though, nice pic, and it is pretty creative. I give it a 5/
Thomas Wolf
Nice card. I thought I saw an error, but I misread it. I'm gonna say 8/10. That's just because I think it's an interesting enough card, it would just be way too hard to use effectively.
Haitaku
I like the card, love the effort, but I kind of think the effect is overly long.
