An idea that came to me during school ,scorpion artwork is done by me the background is half a picture of a picture I found on google half of winged kuriboh's background

 

 

 

 

Here's one with more of a reddish tone

I like how you researched beryl crystals, and used it to make a card. Very nice. Maybe you should do something like "Crystal Beast-Epidote Hammerhead"? That would look cool. Especially if you use a shark. PS: Epidote is one of the fines crystals in the world, and it is black, so it would look very cool on a shark. But anyway, I am just brainstorming. I guess your idea inspired me! :) Again, very good card, and I hope to have the plesure of seeing more crystal beasts from u! :D

yeah I was thinking of something with a black crystal I had another Idea of a card called crystal beast obsidian basalisk but maybe I'll use that one you just mentioned who knows it's just an idea

I'm impressed since you say that you did the scorpion artwork yourself. Stats are fair and the effect is okay. I don't think it would be difficult getting this guy on the field considering Crystal Beasts swarm potential. This in combination with Ruby Carbuncle and a back row of crystal beasts would be nice.

This has carbuncle abuse written all over it! LOL! Nice card! YGO should release more Crystal Beast cards in future sets, maybe an Exceed or Synchro Crystal Beast Monster in the making? 10/10
