If it says PG-13, it means that you can watch this movie from 13 or younger, as long as you have a parent accompanying you. Heck, I watched like, a movie all about sex, called Good Luck Chuck, probably PG-16, and I was trying to watch it myself without being caught, but my mom saw everything and she's like: "And that's how people make children."
