The other mods such as Darth, Tkill, Dark Raver, etc. decide who will be a mod, but one mod has to retire in order for a member to be promoted. It depends on how they want to make it work. I see....it must be difficult....hey look do you think the pic of this card sucks....because I'm not very happy with it....also what do you think of the card? It does suck. Overpowered like mad. Yea you have sticky and locking powers, but your job is to watch over your designated section more than anything. Which can be tidious work, then there's dealing with any issues that occur.
