I think it would end up something like this: EDIT: Updated the card effect, to add a little more oomph. Also changed the requirement text to "2 or more Tuner monsters," because that sorta feels right. Credit for the image goes to Daft Punk, found a concert poster on Google. EDIT2: I'm now adding more cards. Credit will be next to the card. Card Lore: 2 or more Tuner monstersDuring your Standby Phase, gain 400 Life Points for each Psychic-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, if you control no other monsters, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon one Psychic-Type monster from your Hand. (Credit to Daft Punk) Card Lore: Once per turn, you may place one "Synchronic Counter" on one face-up Tuner monster you control. A Tuner with a Synchtronic Counter on it is treated as a Plant-Type monster. If you control one monster, and it is Plant-Type, you may Special Summon one Level 2 or lower monster from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard in face-up Defense position, with all its effects negated. And maybe buy a few Duelist Genesis packs...Anyway, the card is meh-ish. (I love saying that!) But I really like the Psychic-Type and I like your idea on the double Tuner thing, but maybe put it..."2 Tuners"Instead of "1 Tuner + 1 or more Tuner monsters"OCG seems to be good.8/10.Also, Maverick has a completely HOT avatar. LolAnyaways Nice Card Lve the Idea Of The 2 tuners That's Brillalso ot Much Ocg Errors I See apart from nothing lol.Also Maybe make a slightly longer effect so it goes with the card because the one you have chossen is a bit dull if you get where i'm at. Plus, I wanted to leave the option open to use more than two to summon. To yugiod: I thought about extending the effect a bit, but I just want to make sure it's not too OP'd.
