This card cannot be the target of an attack by any Warrior-Type or Spellcaster-Type monster. The ATK and DEF are Equal to 100x the number of DARK Monster Cards in both players Graveyard. While this card is under your control all Zombie-Type cards on the field are now under your control until this card is sent to the Graveyard.FLIP: Select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field and take control of it. As long as the selected monster remains face up on your side of the field this Card can not destroyed by battle. As long as "Never - Intellect Devourer" remains face up on your side of the field the selected monster can not be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards.
