Havn't made a card in ages, first card of a new set.

The effect would be useful in the set i'm starting.

If for some reason you wanna damage your eye sight and read from the card then don't coz the effect was edited on the thread.

Card effect:

This card cannot be Special Summoned if you have more than 15 cards in your Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up on your field, any cards destroyed are removed from play instead. As long as this card remians in your Graveyard, each time you Summon a Level 3 or higher WIND monster you can decrease it's ATK or DEF by 500 to place 2 Lightning Counters on a Thunder-Type monster you control (max.6.) Once atleast 2 cards you control have 4 or more Lightning Counters on them, remove them from play and Special Summon the amount of Thunder-Type monsters from your Graveyard equal to the number of cards with Lightning Counters removed from play by this card's effect (excluding this card.)
