In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card.This card returns to the owners Extra Deck during the End Phase of the turn it was successfully Dark Synchro Summoned. If this card is destroyed by a card effect your opponent controls, remove this card from play, and draw 2 cards. When this card is removed from play, and you draw a card out of your Draw Phase, Special Summon 1 Dark Tuner monster from your Graveyard. The ATK of this card is equal to the number of Dark Synchro and Synchro monsters in your Extra Deck x700.

The 1st sentence is not necessary.

"When this card is removed from play, and you draw a card out of your Draw Phase..."

should be

"When you draw a card by this card's effect..."

 

I don't really care for the image running out of the frame like that. It is a good image, though. Shrink it a lil and crop it into the frame and it would be a 8/10. As it is right now, my rating would have to be 6.5/10.

I have the effect posted above the card. Wow people are blind these days!

The image is meant to "Pop Out", to signify my card!

 

And you can draw cards out of your Draw Phase, it's more useful than what you said... Pot Of Greed ring a bell, Solemn Wishes, etcetera...

It's a really good pic,post if people can use it or not.If you have an account on DeviantART,put it there,it's really good!I think it's a little underpowered,you'll want some Tuners and Dark Tuners in your deck.8/10

I have a Tuner and Synchro Deck as my main real deck, so it'd fit perfectly in there, when Dark Tuners are released. Most people I know use Synchro Decks...

Okay. I see what you mean. In that case, the text should read something like this:

"When you draw a card(s) outside of the Draw Phase, Special Summon 1 Dark Tuner monster from your Graveyard (cards drawn by this card's effect are included).
