The normal sprite is....ok

but the head colors don't match the body colors.

Plus, please learn the name of the pokemon you use before you post it.

As for the splice it has some of the usual problems I see, sadly. One of those things being borders. You have left over a ton of the old gray, red, and purple borders. Another issue is the head and how it doesn't really blend well with the body, specifically color. The mask is blue, but the body is some weird pale blue/purple. The tail has similar problems as it is doesn't match either. So color choice is bad. Also the scorpion I feel was too little represented.

 

The Croagunk thing also has it's flaws. The teeth on them are all screwed up, you didn't stay mindful of what should have stayed white. You also have issues with how you are over lapping things. The Croagunk over the croagunk on the left, while the shields over the one to the right. Basically you weren't being consitant.

You should learn what the names of the Pokemon are, or you won't seem very professional. The splices are okay. You might want to recolor "the shield-guy's" head to match the body color.
