Corrupted Gaia, the Wicked Knight

So, I'm working on my first card set, Rise of the Overlords, and I thought this was something I could share with everybody.

 

EDIT - Altered the effect so it's no so swarmable.

 

 

Basically, it's a retrained Swift Gaia. Rate, comment, w/e.

I like the simplicity and effectiveness of this card. However, I think this card is overpowered. A dedicated Fiend deck is not used often but this could become abusable. I could Special Summon Evil Hero Hell Brat tribute into Malicious Edge then pop down at least 1 of these guys. You don't state a limit on how many I can have on the field so I could potentially Special Summon 3 if I had them in my hand. That's having 3 2500 ATK monsters on the field for free. I'd probably add in a clause stating that you can only control 1 of these guys at a time otherwise it becomes broken.

Its kinda OP. Maybe you should change it to if you have not Special Summoned a monster this turn or something about if you tribute a Fiend-Type monster so Normal Summon this card, this card requires only one tribute.

I really like it, and I think that it is creative. I hate it when people post uncreative cards that do not intrigue you at all, like lots of normals, and when people post basic effects for cards. This, however, even though the effect is simple, it is original, as well as the idea for the card. It looks like a card from Phantom Darkness. Again, great job, keep up the good work. :D

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I went back and changed the effect so that it's a little closer to Swift Gaia's effect, but still, more or less, true to what it was.

The original effect said you could special summon it if you had a Fiend on the field. Problem is, if you do that, it's too easily swarmable - you can get 3 2500 atk pt monsters out like that.
