Effect:

This card can be Special Summoned if you have Dark Synchro Monster Card in your Graveyard. By removing 1 Dark Synchro Monster card from your Extra Deck you can treat this card as a Level 8 dark Tuner Monster Card. If this card is used for the Dark Synchro Summon of a Dark Synchro Monster Card, by releasing 1 Set Spell or Trap Card you and your opponent control control you can inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points by the -Level Stars on the Dark Synchro Card x 200. While this card is on the field no Dark Tuner or Dark Synchro Monster Cards can be summoned. Once per turn you must discard 1 card from your hand if you control this card (this effect is not optional).
