During each of your End Phases look at the top 4 cards in your opponents Deck and show then to your opponent. They must pick 2 cards to add to their hand. The other 2 are sent to the Graveyard. If a monster is sent to the Graveyard, this card gains ATK equal to that monsters ATK and DEF equal to that monsters DEF. During each of your Main Phases you can look through your opponents Graveyard and if there are 2 cards with the same name, remove 1 from play and add the other to your opponents hand.
