[align=center]Welcome again to my Ultimate Spellcaster Command Set. I start to post new cards from this set again. Im busy now with other proyects but i find a time to bring yours new Spellcaster cards. I dont have time to change the based Archetype with that start this set but the new cards are useful to any Deck or set. I hope that enjoy the new additions and the old cards.

[spoiler=effect!!] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 Level 5 WATER monster from your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Ice Counter on this card (max. 1). During each of your Standby Phases, you can discard the top 2 cards from your Deck to place an Ice Counter on a card on the field. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Ice Counter from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field and remove it from play. Each time that this card destroys an opponent monster by battle, you can remove 1 Ice Counter from this card to inflict damage to your opponent’s x the original DEF of the destroyed monster. [spoiler=effect]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

●Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. If you do, the Summoned monster ATK becomes 0 and its effect(s) are negated. Destroy the Summoned monster during the end Phase of this turn. If you activate this effect, you cannot Summon other monsters this turn. Each time that a Spellcaster-Type monster is Summoned, place 1 Pharmacist Counter on this card (max. 1). Once per turn, you can remove a Pharmacist Counter from this card to increase your Life Points x the DEF of a Spellcaster-Type monster you control. When a Spellcaster-Type monster you control is destroyed by this card effect, you can remove 1 Pharmacist Counter from this card to inflict damage to your opponent’s x the original ATK of the destroyed monster. When this card is removed from the field, remove it from play.

[spoiler=effect]This card is also treated as a Aqua-Type monster while is on the field. This card can be Special Summon from your Graveyard by removing from play 2 Ultimate Rare cards from your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned by this card effect, add 1 Ultimate Rare card from your Deck to your hand. You can’t Summon or activate that card this turn. Each time that a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 1). You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to reduce the Level of 1 “Ultimate Valley” monster from your hand by 1. When this card is removed from the field, remove it from play.

[spoiler=effect]Each time that a Spell Card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card (max. 5). Once per turn, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to place the same amount of Venom Counters on a face-up card on the field. Decrease the ATK of all face-up monsters with Venoms Counters on the field by 300 x each Venom Counter on it. Each time that this card destroys an opponent monster by battle, place a Spell Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, remove all Venom Counters from the field and inflict 100 damage to your opponent’s x the number of removed counters.

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can remove from play 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard and put Spell Counters on this card x the Level of the removed monster (max. 6). Increase the ATK of this card by 100 x each Spell Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 monster on the field. Only once, you can remove 6 Spell Counters from this card to return 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to put 1 Spell Counter on all face-up monsters you can place a Spell Counter on.

[spoiler=effect]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. This card is also treated as a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster while is on the field. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

●Face-up Spellcaster and Fairy-Type monsters cannot be affected by Spell Cards. Each time that a Fairy or Spellcaster-Type monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, place 1 Ancient Counter on this card. Increase the Level of all Fairy or Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field by 1 x each Ancient Counter on this card (max. 3). Monsters with Level 5 or higher cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Level 6 or higher monster you control to increase the ATK of this card by 1000 until the end of the Battle Phase.

Each time that this card attacks or is attacked, you can remove from play 2 Spell Cards from your Graveyard to switch the ATK and DEF of this card until the end of the Battle Phase. Once per turn, you can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up card on the field. During each of your End Phases, you can discard 1 Spell Card from your hand to place 1 Spell Counter on this card. .

The Summoned monster cannot be Tributed and cannot attack this turn.

If this card is Summoned by this card effect, this card can’t attack this turn. During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 Spell Counter on a card you can place a Spell Counter on. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Spell Counters from a card you control to increase the ATK of all face-up Spellcaster-Type monsters you control by 200. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 5 Spell Counters from a card you control instead.

If you draw a Spell Card, draw an extra card. ● 5: You can remove all Spell Counters from this card to increase this card's attack by 1000 until your next Standby Phase.

Once per turn, you can remove 3 Soul Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand (the Summoned monster can’t attack this turn).

When this card is Summoned, place 1 Volcanic Counter on this card (max. 1). This card gains 200 ATK for each Volcanic Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Volcanic Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower “Volcanic” monster from your hand. It is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn. When it is destroyed, inflict 700 damage to both players.

While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

-If this card attacks an opponent’s DARK monster, this card gains 300 ATK during the Damage Step only. When this card destroys an opponent monster by battle, remove the destroyed monster from play and place 1 Soul Counter on this card (Max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 3 Soul Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand (the Summoned monster can’t attack this turn).

This card can only be Summoned by Fusion Summon. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Spell Counter on each face-up card on the field that you can place a Spell Counter on. Increase the ATK of all face-up monsters on the field by 100 x each Spell Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove a Spell Counter from a card you control to decrease the ATK of all face-up non-Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field by 100 x each Spell Counter on the field until your next Standby Phase.

[spoiler=effect]Each time that a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (Max. 3). Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each Spell Counter on it. You can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each removed Counter.

This card can only be Summoned by a Fusion Summon. Each time that this card destroys an opponent monster by battle, inflict 100 damage to your opponent’s equal to the number of Spellcaster-Type or Pyro-Type monsters in each player’s Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard, place 2 Spell Counters on 1 card on the field.

[spoiler=effect!!]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. Each time a Spell Card is activated, put 1 Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 300 points for each removed Spell Counter, until the end of this turn.

Increase the ATK of all Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field by 100 for each Spell Counter on this card. Each time that a Spellcaster-Type monster is destroyed, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard with the same Level that the number of removed counters.

[spoiler=effect]If “Umi” is face-up on the field, this card cannot be affected by your opponent’s Spell Cards. Each time that a WATER monster is Summoned, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (Max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to change the battle position of one face up monster your opponent controls. The battle position of that card cannot be changed until your next Standby Phase (except by card effects). .

[spoiler=effect]If “Rising Air Current” is face-up on the field, this card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase. Each time that a WIND monster is Summoned, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (Max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

[spoiler=effect]You can Normal Summon this card by Tributing 1 monster. If you Normal Summon by this way, it’s sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. Once per turn, you can offer other Spellcaster-Type monster from your side of the field to increase your Life Points by 1300.

-FIRE: Remove all Spell Counters on the field to inflict 300 damage to your opponent’s equal to the number of removed Spell Counters. This card can’t attack this turn.

-WATER: Remove 5 Spell Counters from the field to discard the top 3 cards from your opponent’s Deck.

-WIND: Remove 6 Spell Counters from the field to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent’s side of the field.

-EARTH: Remove 10 Spell Counters from the field to destroy all monsters in your opponent’s side of the field. Destroy this card during your End Phase.

Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can offer 1 equipped monster to negate the activation and effect of a Spell or Trap Card. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster(s) are destroyed instead.

Ok, first, it is summoned, not summon, and it is on, not in --- field, and it is just your deck, not in your deck.

 

second, make the draw a card power the 5 spell counter choice on market and library,and move all the others down one. getting it for 1 is so overpowered it makes DAD look avg., and THAT'S A BAD THING.

it makes breaker a draw two and destroy one spell or trap, and that is broken.

 

water sorc. is underpowered, and if you need field spell search power that badly, you use teraforming, not a monster. I would suggest that she can change any number of face up monsters on the field to any face up mode you want. since it is on your turn, it doesn't matter what mode they are in for your opponent's turn, and he can change them to whatever he wants them to be (most of the time.)

 

the dark one is overpowered, just make it destroy, not remove from play. that is not broken, removal is.

(this is because the element sorc. powers are basically free, so it can't be too damaging)

that is what you are trying for correct? or does it negate the attack as well?

then you just add in "negate the attack," before "destroy the attacking monster" (some people I know would question that part of the effect.)

 

you may want to make meteor rain only usable with level 5+. I don't think you want fairy injection lily to count, that would be disaster.

 

overall, you have good ideas, and the cards are fairly well balanced in most respects. 8/10
