I made this card to symbolize the oncoming of winter. In the card's ID, I believe that the number is the Winter Solstice, 12/21 right?

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 4 WATER monsters in your hand or Graveyard.When this card is Summoned, destroy all FIRE monsters on the field. Summon Crystal Ice Tokens (Fiend-type/ WATER/ 1-STAR/ 500 ATK/ 500 DEF) equaling to the number of FIRE monsters destroyed by this card's effect on your side of the field. For every Crystal Ice Token on the field, decrease all non-WATER monsters by 500 ATK and DEF points. After five turns, destroy this card. When destroyed, Special Summon one FIRE monster on your side of the field.
