Some of your OCG is off and a few of the pics have already been used. You will also find that a lot of people on the forum don't care too much for new subtypes (myself not included). It's a good idea, and with some work could be really awesome. I actually am working on a set that would run in a similar fashion to your cards, but mine aren't a new subtype. Here's the link if you want to check my cards out. It may give you a few ideas.

Set in progress: "The Light of Dawn"

Your cards have given me some ideas to consider, so I thought I'd try to return the favor.

Alright, I highly recommend first of all, posting your better cards first, and your ones that lack in the middle. I absolutely CANNOT understand the effect of "Graveyard Shuffle" in any way :

First of all, if I place a Shuffle Counter on it when a monster of mine is destroyed (which implies that I can place Counters as much as I want, whenever I want. There seems to be no limitation or time constraints), then I can send this card to the Graveyard. Then I flip the Graveyard over for each 3 Shuffle Counters on my card before it was discarded (in essence, this effect can be performed an unlimited amount of times) and draw a card from it. Then I "monster discard a card", which I suppose meant "monstrously discard a card"... I can only imagine somone playing this, drawing their card, and then screaming at the top of their lungs as they pound one of their cards from their hand into the Graveyard...

So, looking at the first card, I can only say I have little to no hope for the rest of the set as far as Phrasing and Editing goes (By the way, it's ATK, not attack points. Please look at some real Duel Monsters cards before making your own. You do know what duel monsters is, don't you? ;)). Of course, I love to be generous, so I'll look at another card. Your "Plasma D. Drawer", from now on referred to as "PDD" (pity you didn't make an "Advanced D. Drawer". I could have had some fun with that one :)).

"PDD" --

Visuals: Alright, here's a few tips. You know what LIMITED EDITION cards look like, right? They have gold stickers. Your card here is LIMITED EDITION, but has no sticker. So, either change the sticker (with a Photoshop-like application) or remove the LIMITED EDITION. It's not that hard, please get with the program. Your Set ID also is off, it goes XXXX-EN### now, which X=a letter, and ###=the number this card has in its set. If you made this set the "Draw Frenzy" Set, you'd get 4 letters from the set name ("Draw Frenzy") and the number at which "PDD" was made (apparently 021), to make the Set ID of DRFR-EN021... it's not very hard. You lose points for that. Your picture is good, I can see the dragon, and I guess I can see the plasma. Yay for you.

Grade: D+

Technique: So, your monster is a Dragon-Type, and its also a Drawer Monster AND an Effect Monster? Well, I see its effect, but I don't see anything unique that relates to Drawers. Not only that, you call them "Drawer-Type". So instead of being "Dragon / Drawer / Effect" you would have a "Drawer / Effect" or a "Dragon / Drawer" with this card... no three-way combinations. You should know this, it's pretty simple. 1 monster can have only 1 Type. Yours have 2. Therefore all the monsters in your set are not suited for the TCG right off the bat. Next, you say that every time you draw a card outside the Draw Phase, the monster gets a Plasma Counter which increases its ATK by 300. That hits you with 2 problems: number 1) As a single, it's weak as heck. But in a set where a face-down Level 1 Monster can let you draw 3 cards, this guy is definately overpowered for his ability to rack up stats and counters so quickly. number 2) There are all of 7 or 8 different kinds of counters in the game. Most are used with mass strategies ("Venom Counters", "Spell Counters", etc.), while the few made for one monster ("Hyper-Venom Counters") are made for VERY POWERFUL monsters. I hardly find a Level 3 Dragon-Type with 300/300 that needs to be loaded with 5 COUNTERS in order to be even slightly offensive-lookin (1800 ATK) to be scary in the slightest. So, don't give this card its own counters. You're messing around in a fantasyland that is definately not compatible with the TCG.

Grade: D

Wording: Oh, not again. You're just in love with "(s)" for some reason... it's not as necessary as you would think. I'll rewrite the effect because I like doing stuff like that. And I'll bold or underline each part you messed up:

"When you draw a card outside of your Draw Phase , put 1 "Plasma Counter" on this card for each card drawn in this way. This card gains 300 ATK for every "Plasma Counter" on it."

There are some major things messed up. It's ATK, not "atk". You needed no parentheses for this effect, it's YOUR Draw Phase, and some of your phrasing is off. But you did "Plasma Counter" right both times, and you used "1" instead of "one" or "a" in this case.

Grade: D

Average Grade: D

I would expect more from members 3 stars and above, but I shouldn't be so harsh on you, because you're a newer member (haha, lucky you :)). I wouldn't recommend making sets until you REALLY know what you're doing, and it's apparent you don't so much. Focus on singles, or sets of up to 6 cards. I wouldn't max the levels out past 6 for now, but you can make some Level 7 or 8 monsters. Spells and Traps as support are good, but cards that are their own strategy such as "Graveyard Shuffle" and "Sacrifice Draw" aren't good practice for a developing YCM-er.

A grade of a D is fine. C is average, nothing special, but nothing great. So you can shoot for something not too far away. Just work a little harder on that OCG, and remember how to use circulation and Set ID's. Also, stay away from completely out-of-whack strategies like these (they won't get you very far), and work a little bit more on focusing on what happens on the field instead of the Graveyard, the hand, the deck, etc. The Field is where the new metagame is developing. Non-field areas are for summoning monsters from. Don't play around too much with them.

Overall, nice job at Level 2!

yes and sorry that you dont understand the ones like grave shuffleing you send the cards off the top of your deck not from your hand, and the Drawer Sub-type is because most of them have an effect that is something abound drawing cards and also i think i will steal your frenzy of the draw something or another name for this set if that is ok?8)

finaly i thought that "(S)" were something you needed.

P.S. the wording is different because i have been playing for 6 years in real life but got bored of the same stuff over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.:)
