Well, I decided to try something new. Spirits and Dragons. Although I hate doing dragons because there done every 6 seconds, I just felt like a change. If you say things like should be so and so stars or overpowered, please explain why.[/align]

"Flip Summoned" is the same as "flipped face-up". I'd say 2600 ATK Points was a bit over-powered for a card that can immediately attack directly, despite the ATK reduction afterwards. The pic suits the name and the fact that it's a spirit though and the effect is generally good. 7/10. With a bit of altering I'd definitely use it.

I don't mean to spam but what is the difference?

Flipped face-up is when a monster is attacked while in face-down Defense Position or a card effect says to "flip a monster face-up". In this case, flip effects activate however the monster is not treated to have been Flip Summoned so monsters with effects like "when this card is Flip Summoned" do not activate. Also, the monster usually stays in Defense Position when flipped face-up unless the effect states otherwise.

Flip Summoning only happens during your Main Phase, when you decide to flip a monster from face-down Defense Position to face-up Attack Position.
