REALLY BAD OCG and i don't use the word bad often. this card's image is not very good and it is VERY OP'ed. you also need to include pic credit.

if you want my suggestions on how to make it better change it from a field spell to something else.

 

card should say (if remains as a field spell): Niether player can Summon level 4 or higher monsters.

Look i am sorry about how harsh my comments seem but this area of the site is for realistic cards and i don't think that this is really realistic, but that is just me. once again sorry for my harsh comments.

maybe something like "All face-up Lvl 4 or higher monsters are destroyed during the End Phase of the turn they were Normal Summoned or flipped face-up."

It's interesting, making this a field spell. You can tutor for it with "Terraforming" that way, wich may make it a little easier to use. My vote still goes for making it a continuous spell or trap card, though.
