Card Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by "Buster Mode". When this card attacks a Level 8 or lower Monster, reduce the ATK of the attack target to 0 until the end of the Damage Step. This card is unaffected by Monsters Effects. When this face-up card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Turbo Warrior" in your Graveyard.
