K.B. strategist Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 If the monster Tributed for the Tribute Summon of this cardDARKMonster = monstercan, not mayunder = lower1, not aBattle Damage (not just damage) At first glance they seem overpowered, but then you consider that cards in today's games almost never last that long, so they are actually pretty balanced.
