This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

●This card gains 100 ATK for each Plant-type monster you control. When a Plant-type monster is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap card, you can discard 1 card from your hand to increase your life points by 100x the level of the destroyed monster.

When this card is summoned you can pay a 1000 Life Points to Place 4 "F4F Wildcat Tokens"(Fighter-Type/WIND/3 Star/ATK 1000/DEF 0) in Attack Position on your side of the field. The tokens cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 for every "F4F Wildcat Token" on your sided of the filed, if there is a "U.S.S Yorktown CV-5" or a "U.S.S Hornet CV-8" on the filed increase the ATK of this card by 1000 points.

Here goes my entry:

[spoiler=Effect]This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 2 Spell Cards from your hand to the Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each Spell Card in your Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up, negate the activation of Spell Cards on your field. Each time a Spell Card's activation is negated, put 1 Negation Counter on this card. During the turn you removed 3 Negation Counters from this card, negate the effect of all effect cards on your opponent's field until your opponent's next Main Phase. You can use this card's effect during either player's turn. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon it to your field by removing from play 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase.

 

So, Zoraida is a monster that negates the activation of Spell Cards on your field and gains 100 ATK for each Spell Card in your Graveyard. Like it's effect says for each Spell Card's activation negated, you put 1 Negation Counter on Zoraida. By removing 3 Counters from it, you gain a huge advantage for 1 turn. But, you can activate this effect during your opponent's turn as well, since there are some monsters that activate their effects during the Battle Phase only or when they attack. Zoraida's effect ends during the opponent's Main Phase - Main Phase 1 or 2, whatever comes first. If Zoraida is destroyed by battle, it can be returned to the field by removing from play 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard. It's ATK will be lowered by 200, since 2 Spell Cards are removed from play which balances things a bit.

Just kidding, I mananged to get onto a computer, heres my card

When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Psychic-Type monster from your hand. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Psychic-Type monsters cannot be removed from play. When this card is destroyed by a Level 7 or higher monster and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, you can remove from play all Psychic-Type monsters on your side of the field to Special Summon this card in face-up Defense Position.
