Is this overpowered or not? Ratings appreciated!

Effect: Once per turn select 1 monster on your opponent's field. The selected monster cannot attack or change its battle position. Once per turn during your Main Phase, randomly select 1 card from your opponent's hand and add it to your hand. Your opponent then takes 1 card from your Graveyard and adds it to his/her hand. Each player then selects 1 card from his/her hand and discards it to the Graveyard. (Cards added to a player's hand by this card's effect cannot be selected.) [/align]

i like it it is a bit on the overpowered side but 8.5/10

Effect is interesting, nice card stealer.

I would make it a Level 5, because it has only 2000 ATK, but that`s just my opinion.

I just see a little flaw in this card.What if your opponnet has blue eyes ultimate dragon and you play that monster.You could stop blue eyes from attacking the whole duel.Other than that its awesome! 9/10
