any replacement ideas

I randomly started thinking of decks to work on, and I decided on Bazoo-return. I don't want to use banned cards even though I'm a beginner. I don't want to win the tournament because of a banned card, and lose the packs for signing in at my locals. I need a replacement for Dimension fusion since it's banned. I am going to deck 1 Return from the different dimension. Are there any other cards for summoning my removed cards.

Also, is this a good deck type to run in locals? Most of the decks are random every week. One guy runs DAD Teleport a lot. The other decks are pretty much different every week.
