That monster cannot attack until this card or that monster is removed from the field."*face-up is optional, if you want it to be able to target face-down monsters as well, by all means go on ahead.although, this effect is kinda extreme, but since its a weak level 7, it compensates.for me, i haven't explored the site enough to see this apparently overused pic, so personally, i'm fine with it. it still needs improvement though.5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
