2nd= 1 rep and 5 points

3rd= 1 rep and 2 points

Rules are as follows:

Give IMG credit IF u can

Don't use overused pics (N.B Newbies can get away with this)

It must be a proper made-up card(N.B I will allow new E-hero, Exodia etc. cards but no 'joke' cards or pop culture card e.g naruto, dragon ball z, pokemon)

i will judge (but like in the X factor or strictly come dancing, the public get half the vote) and only 12 cards can enter (other members can post their personal choice in the poll) that is the public vote kk?
