I'm going to do this now so that I don't forget later. Here's mine.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by sending 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Spellcaster-Type monsters you control to the Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases, toss a coin. If heads, this card's Attribute is treated as DARK. If tails, this card's Attribute is treated as LIGHT. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can activate one of the following effects based on this card's Attribute:

-LIGHT: Discard 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand to destroy 1 Set Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. If you activate this effect, you cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards during the turn this effect was activated.

-DARK: Send 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the sent monster's Level x 200. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during the turn this effect was activated.

When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead. Only 1 "Blackstar Witch" can be on the field at one time.

Put 2 "Rune counters" on this monster every time you play a quick-play spell card, if this card runs out of "rune counters" and it attacks destroy it at the end of the Battle Phase. This card gains 50ATK x the number of "Rune counters" on it.

This card ATK and DEF is as many as Spellcaster-Type on your Graveyard x500. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, this card gain 200 ATK and 200 DEF. If this card attack monster in DEF Position this card gain 200 DEF, if this card attacked in ATK Position, this card gain 200 ATK. When this card is successfully destroyed and sent into the Graveyard, you can select 1 Spellcaster-Type on your Graveyard and Special Summon it on the field in the ATK Position.

~Lore - This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set during your Main Phase. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set during your or your opponent's Battle Phase, by paying 500 of your Life Points. Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Remove 2 Counters from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

You posted a card, yes. But you posted before the 1st round started. When the 1st round started, I posted the requirements for your round 1 card. Your early submission did not meet that requirement. Not to mention, I left a post that said all early submissions were being ignored. Sorry, but you'll have to post a new card that meets the requirement.

This card only can be Special Summoned by Releasing 1 Pyro-Type monster you control.Each time your opponent activate a Spell Cards inflict 400 damage to your opponent's Life Points.Once per turn during your Main Phase you can Release 1 FIRE monster you control to inflict 800 damage to your opponent's Life Points. If this card is destroyed by battle Special Summon 1 "Fire Soul Token" (Pyro-Type/FIRE/Level 2/ATK 500/DEF 500) to your field in Defense Position.

Alright! Round 2 of the tournament is underway! Unfortunately, some contestants did not post their cards before the deadline, and were subsequently dropped from the contest. Congrats to our 8 Quarter-finalists! All the info you'll need can be found in the first post.
