I beleive you would only need 1 counter, are they used up when it negates a spell/trap? And (max 3) would go in the sentence before. Decent card, pretty good ocg, 8/10

The coutners are used to negate yeah, But it says you may so its your decision.

Same thing crossed my mine as well. Also I don' think there any spell card that would affect him so he can attack directly.

 

Also the end effect be something like:

"...Warrior-Type monster place 1 counter on this card (max 3). Remove 1 counter from this card to negate the activation of 1 Spell or Trap your opponent controls."

 

Just my opinion, in all nice card. Just maybe, name the counters? As there is a few different types of counters. Alien, Spell, Vemon etc. Maybe call it sword-counter? :P

Slightly over powered from the Special Summon ability, plus with the way warrior can summon fast on to the field, but outside of a deck it's good.

So apart from nameless counters and that error at the end. I say 8/10
