This card can't be Special Summoned or Set. It can be only by Normal Summoned. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned by sacrificing 1 of your monster on your field, You can destroy 2 of the opponent's monster on the field. If you pay 500 lifepoint, this card can attack twice per turn.

When this card is Tribute Summoned succesfully, you can destroy up to 2 monsters on the Field. You may pay 500 points to make this card attack twice during the same Battle Phase. This card cannot be Special Summoned.

 

I think u should remove dual , a bit overpowered.

Cannibalist Four-Arms Demon Monster Lv. 5

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, you can select and destroy 1 of your opponent's monsters on the field. By paying 800 Life Points, this card can attack twice if your opponent controls 2 or more monsters.

 

Type: [Fiend/Effect]

 

ATK: 1800 DEF: 1200

 

OCG mistakes

OP'ed with the "destroy 2 cards when summoned"

make real types (what the heck is dual?)

ATK sorta weak
