the effect.

While this card is face-up on the field, all Monsters on the field are treated as Continuous Spell Cards. When this card is destroyed, you can select 1 Continuous Spell Card on the field; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 7/ATK 2400/DEF 2000).

the effect.

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Magic Conversion". When this card is Summoned successfully, if "Magic Conversion" is face-up on the field, this card gains 1 of the following effects:

- Increase this monster's ATK and DEF by 200 points for each Continuous Spell Card on the field.

- Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. If this effect is activated, this card cannot declare an attack until the end of this turn.

non of the pics i use are mine, i got them of google.com so i do not know who made them.

I like this card and the image you used for it. It's an original effect but I think it needs to be refined a little further. Having every monster being treated as a Spell Card is kind of generic. I would maybe try to specify the type of Spell Card they are treated as such as Continuous, Quick-Play, Normal, Equip, etc...

I really like the idea you've got going here and it's given me a lot of ideas on creating a spin off/theme of this.

I've attempted to reword the card text:

"While this card is face-up on the field, all Monsters on the field are treated as Continuous Spell Cards. When this card is destroyed, you can select 1 Continuous Spell Card on the field; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 7/ATK 2400/DEF 2000)."

Keep in mind that a spell/trap that is treated as a monster needs to have it's type/attribute/level/atk/def defined as I have done so above. You are free to change the type, attribute, and level to whatever you want. I just used those as an example.

Other than that the card is original and has an interesting effect. It screws over any effects that target/effect monster cards. Also, screws over any monster cards that need to tribute monsters as part of its summoning conditions. However, it makes all monsters susceptible to spell/trap destruction effects like heavy storm, mystical space typhoon, breaker the magical warrior, dust tornado, twister, etc... I don't know if this would be game breaking but it does open up potential for abuse. Turning all monsters into Continuous Spells and then playing Heavy Storm, which essentially turns it into a Judgment Dragon/Demise.

Yes, you need that part of the effect. I only corrected it for you, I didn't actually put any extras. Also, you didn't exactly state it was Continuous, so I didn't add that either.

what would be the effect monsters effect?! 8.7/10

You don't need to state an effect with these type of cards. It's like Metal Reflect Slime or other Trap Monsters. They are stated as Effect Monster's but the majority of them don't have any effects. I think it's because of the way they are summoned that would put them under effect monsters.

ooh, with that I can use heavy storm!..... 9/10

great effect, but the traps and spells treated as monsters is a concept that I dont like.

And black magic princess, instead of removing, how about destroy a spell card on the field each turn? removing a card being a level 4 is overpowered.
