This card cannot be special Summoned except by removing 1 "The Fire Devil" on your side of the field from play. Discard 1 Fire-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select and Special Summon 1 Fire-Type monster from your Graveyard with less than the discarded Fire-Type monster.
