-Special Summon 1 monster that was removed from play.

-Select a monster from the Graveyard and inflict damage equal to half it's ATK points.

-Double the original ATK of this card.

-Tribute this face-up monster to destroy all cards on the field.

First card is way OPed

make it "cannot be Normal Summoned "EXCEPT"

make it once per turn during your Standby Phase, remove the first and third effects

that way it will be balanced since it requirs 20 monsters in the graveyard.

when this card is face-up = as long as this card remains face-up on the field
