As long as this card is face-up on the field, neither player can Summon or Set Monsters" but your effect is good too. 6/10 becuse the effect while good and logical is quite simplistic, also suggesting Rock-Type aswell, since rocks dont need to breath and unless this is a gaseous planet (in that case no machines either) then there will be some kind of rock.
