Stardust Dragon + Elemental Hero Sparkman + Elemental Hero Necroshade

This card can only be Fusion Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard when a Level 5 or higher "Elemental Hero" monster is destroyed. When this card is Tribute Summoned, Release 1 "Evil Hero" monster you control and increase the ATK of this card by 200 and decrease it's DEF by 200. When a monster with "Hero" in it's name is Normal Summoned, Release the Summoned monster and activate the appropriate effect based on the Released monster's name:

“Evil Hero” - Draw 1 card and add 1 Level 4 or lower "Evil Hero" monster from your Graveyard to your hand

“Destiny Hero” - Increase the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 200, until the End Phase of your next turn. Until the End Phase of your next turn, this card is unaffected by Spell Cards.

“Elemental Hero” - Add 1 "Skyscraper" Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

After activating the effect of this card, destroy this card and inflict 1000 Direct Damage to both player's Life Points.

When this card is Tribute Summoned...

Fusion Monster can't be tribute summoned.

 

This card can only be Fusion Summoned.

This contradicts the other ways it gets summons.

 

Just need to fix some things with the card.

Change level to 9, okay pic, change to If you use this effect, add quotation marks around specific card names. Take out the Tribute Summoned effect, it is powerful enough as is and would give the card more space. 7/10
