So the regular Roleplaying rules apply here. We just need some people to control the TDI characters. To be fair, I will allow one person to control two different characters, for example:

 

Say Player A controls Noah and Lindsay.

Player B controls DJ and Duncan

And I control Leshawna and Chris.
