This card' s ATK and DEF are equal to the ATK and DEF of all Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard x500. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, this card gains 200 ATK and 200 DEF. If this card attack monster in Defense Position this card gains 200 DEF. When this card is successfully destroyed and sent into the Graveyard, you can select 1 Spellcaster-Type on your Graveyard and Special Summon it on the field in the Attack Position.

Here's an OCG fix. ^_^

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 WIND monsters you control. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Spelllcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, this card gains 200 ATK and DEF. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, this card gains 200 DEF. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can select 1 Spellcaster-Type in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in Attack Position.

 

I removed the sentence "If this card attacks in ATK Position, it gains 200 DEF", since it can only attack while it's in Attack Position, and the boosts were getting a bit repetitive.

 

Make the Set ID's prefix 4 characters, remove the circulation.

 

Fix it up and it's perfect, great idea. ^_^
