You can only activate this effect once. As long as this card remains face up on the field you must draw cards from the bottom of your Deck during your Draw Phase. All cards drawn by this card's effect are show to your opponent. If a Level 4 or lower Normal Monster is drawn this way, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon that monster. When the monster Special Summoned by this card's effect is removed from the field, you can remove it from play to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.
