Shrekstasy
It's head makes me think of the boy from "Oblongs" (he has a 'soft spot').You have horrible recoloring skills. The kyogre parts don't make any sense and are attached wrong. There are added and deleted pixles are over, are you aware of Undo and Redo? 3. It doesn't have brain damage.
Jappio
Well obviously from afar, you need recoloring. Another good thing you could use is concept. It looks like you just threw parts on that you thought would fit. An important part to splicing is to have a little of an idea of what you're going to make. Also you have sloppiness problems. Like on the tree with, you have borders and chunks just taken off. On the roots there is random green there. The Kyogre fins don't look right at all. On some of the top ones, you have a flat edge on Electrode for no apparent reason. The arms look like you took a knife or something to them. So there are many problems that need fixing. Splicing isn't just siple cutting pieces from some Pokemon and randomly slapping them onto something else, thought and consideration is required.
