Here are some cards that are going to go into a set called Dawn of War. The main monsters are called War Sages.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 cards in your Graveyard that have "War Sage" in their name. When this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, you may change the battle position of the attack target.

When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can Special Summon 1 of your removed from play "War Sage" monsters.
