This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by discarding 2 FIRE monsters. Once per turn, by removing from play 1 Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your hand. If this card would be destroyed except by battle, destroy 1 monster Special Summoned by this effect instead.

The effect are simple, but unique :D Not to mention that it might spawn some new combo when used xD;;

I really like this one. The picture are kinda blurry, but I don't really think that it's bad.
