Solid OCG, pic is well made, though the background dosen't quite suit it, 8.1/10.

When and how often can you move equip cards around? As it is written right now, you could have 5 monsters out on the field and put all of your equip cards on each monster when you attack (eg: monster 1 attacks with 3 equips, monster 2 attacks; but you can moven equips, so he has the same 3 equips...etc). Also targer=target, parentheses are not needed around "other than this card" and should be re-worded as demented said. Pic is good, considering all you used was paint. I agree that the BG pic should be changed; maybe to something darker? Overall, I give it a 7.5/10.

BG doesnt fit card, also pic isnt positioned or styled, its just a forfront view, which isnt too exciting, maybe a 'retro' Dark Magician' pose

 

pic isnt to well done, is quite mediocre.

 

good OCG and interesting effect. (BTW, i am very, very, very picky about art!)
