Akira Posted December 17, 2008 Report Share Posted December 17, 2008 Any of you who played Doom or Doom II will probably remember that it looked something like this: Now, in my opinion the game is still great even today, it's a classic that will never die, it just looks slightly dated.. however, if you take a look at this screenshot from the Risen3D Sourceport/Mod: What a difference! It's no way near modern standards, and I know it looks like Quake III, but for a third party team I think it's a damn good improvement over the old graphics, and gives Doom that extra kick which adds to replay value.
