I found a tut on gamespot.com for PS on how to make a "motion blur sig" I fired up Paint.NET and here is my outcome:

I was searching for a shadow render in google images and gamespot had one. Inthe page that contained the render was a small tut.

-Drop PDN....get GIMP or Photoshop instead.

-If you get GIMP, go to Gimptalk, and look up tuts. They will help, and most are better than this.

-If you get Photoshop, go to Altair's Tut House and download those, go to PR (Planet Renders) and look at their forums, and any other GFX forum you are able to find. Photoshop is so much better than PDN or GIMP. But, it can be confusing at times. Since you're new, I recommend getting GIMP first. Then, once you are familiar with it, switch to PS.

Don't paste a render on a moving background without making the render look like it's moving as well with the background. Otherwise it looks like the hedgehog isn't moving.

I hate people commenting on what program I use :x

I can use PS brushes in PDN, open .psd files with it

And I DO have PS and GIMP installed on my computer.

GIMP = after one use have to reinstall

PS = So god damn confusing -.-

PDN satisfies my needs.
