give it an effect, to me this is just an image, with a card around it.

okay now i will rate it properly,

 

stars too high, 7-8

atk too high+def, change to 2500-2900 (def lower)

LIGHT = EARTH

 

Effect is too OP, gives a big advantage. make a cost or lower/remove an effect.

 

Also you have average OCG, just remember, its 'Machine' not MACHINE. and 'Deck', 'hand', also Machine-type monster etc.

 

its ok, but is way too powerful, espeically in a machine deck, make it special summoend by removing 3 machine types, or sacrificing 5 cards with 'bumblebee', etc. in their names, or make it pay LP etc.

I'd make it a lvl 9. Not bad otherwise.
