Good to see Demented again, it's been awhile since I've been on here. (And I've been missing Demented's famous comments by tons).

 

As for the card... The OCG is horrible and it is OP by a long shot. I'm not a big fan of Elemental Hero monsters, as they're being created too too often.

 

I'd day 3.7/10, sorry, but my judging has gotten harsher over the months ;).
