Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by discarding 3 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the number of cards in your Graveyard x300. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Thunder-Type monster from your Deck. During the End Phase, if the Special Summoned monster is the only monster you control remove that monster from play.

Cool, 9.9/10 (something doesn't look right to me, it may be just me) other than some wierd feeling I'll give a 10/10.

just I feel that it is OP'd somehow,

 

make the summoning cost 4 cards from ur hand

That is not better. Overpowered by far, although Hulk can (and has) take all of Asgard once he gets angry enough. I think you need to define a type of card in the Graveyard that's powering Thor's ATK and DEF, and I think you need to change the card's name to at least include 'Thor.' If you wish for to see what I did, my version of Thor can be found in my Avengers (Main) Set.
