If this card is face-up when Time Wizard's effect succeeds you can send any number of cards from your Deck to the Graveyard (Max. 20). Your opponent takes damage equal to the number of cards sent to the Graveyard X200.

I'll give it some love. I like the effect, for the most part. I like seeing Time Wizard get some support, but twenty cards could be problematic. I wouldn't know what another good cost would be as far as making it better without making it OPed however. 7/10

I know how you maybe able to make it alittle better, possible. If you could figure out a way to safegaurd yourself from decking out. Maybe say someting like "Discard 20 cards or until you have 1 card left in your deck." I'm ot sure what the OCG would be on that...

Well that's the point of it. It IS the Dragon of End Time so the duel will END this turn if you Deck out or kill your opponent...XD

 

But yeah I see where you're comming from.

This card will do GREAT in exodia deck !

I think you should change the cost to something else, like removing 20 cards in the graveyard from play instead of discarding from your deck

 

in my opinion , it is Op'd, cuz the cost can be very very VERY useful in some decks

but all in all its a good card

Any time it's summoned such as special summoned, tribute summoned, flip summoned.

I meant that it's almost impossible to Summon it during a game if it can't Summon itself by its own effect.

It really depends on the deck you're running (I've had no problems getting 2 monsters to tribute using my monarch deck). But I wanted it hard to summon because otherwise you could kill your opponent too easily.
