I think I made a ton of minor OCG Errors in this one. >_>

 

 

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters with "Harpie" in it's name on your side of the field if there are no Spell or Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type. After this card is Special Summoned, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster that has "Harpie" in it's name from your deck to your side of the field. If a monster on your side of the field is targeted by a Spell Card, you can Tribute 1 monster that has "Harpie" in it's name to negate the Effect and destroy the card. During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can Tribute 1 Winged Beast-Type monster on your side of the field, target 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field, the selected monster cannot attack till your opponent's End Phase. If there is no Winged-Beast-Type monsters on your side of the field, destroy this card.
